Choose the stimulator you wish to use and attach a control console. The control console should snap securely in place.

Remove the Plastic Covering
Each stimulator comes with a plastic strap that protects the stimulator's gel pads from dirt or debris. Before using your stimulator, remove the plastic covering, but do not discard this strip of plastic. When you are finished using your stimulator, put the plastic covering back on in order to keep the gel pads free of debris. You can extend the life of your product by keeping the gel pads as clean as possible.

Cleaning Your Skin
Make sure the muscle region you want to stimulate is clean and dry. For best results, wash the region with water, and wipe with rubbing alcohol. Dry with a soft cloth before attaching a stimulator.
