Active Ingredients: Acetaminophen (162.5 mg), Chlorpheniramine Maleate (2 mg), Dextromethorphan Hydrobromide (5 mg)
Inactive Ingredients: Anhydrous Citric Acid, Betadex, Carboxymethylcellulose, Colloidal Silicon Dioxide, Ethylcellulose, Flavors, Magnesium Stearate, Mannitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Polyethylene, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Carbonate, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Stearic Acid, Sucralose, Xylitol
Chew or crush tablets completely before swallowing.
Do not swallow tablets whole.
Do not take more than the recommended dose.
Adults and children 12 years and over: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 6 doses (12 tablets) in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
Children 6 to under 12 years: Take 2 tablets every 4 hours. Do not exceed 5 doses (10 tablets) in 24 hours or as directed by a doctor.
Children under 6 years: Do not use.
This product contains acetaminophen. Severe liver damage may occur if you take more than 4,000 mg of acetaminophen in 24 hours, if a child takes more than 5 doses in 24 hours, if taken with other drugs containing acetaminophen, or if an adult has 3 or more alcoholic drinks every day while using this product.
Acetaminophen may cause severe skin or severe allergic reactions. Symptoms may include: skin reddening, blisters, rash, hives, facial swelling, asthma (wheezing), shock. If a skin or general allergic reaction occurs, stop use and seek medical help right away.
If sore throat is severe, persists for more than 2 days, is accompanied, or followed by fever, headache, rash, nausea, or vomiting, consult a doctor promptly.
